Do you offer any gifting ideas if I’m not sure what to send?
We’ve got you covered! Our Gift Consultants can recommend the best gift options based on your needs, budget, and the occasion. Whether it’s classic pies or unique custom gift baskets and gift boxes from our family of brands, LimeLily, we’ll help you make a memorable choice.
Is there a minimum order for business gifts?
We can accommodate any order size—from sending a single pie to a VIP client to shipping hundreds of gifts for a big corporate event. No minimums, just maximum deliciousness! And if you’re placing a bulk order of $750 or more, we’ve got some sweet discounts available to make your gifting even more rewarding.
What’s the best way to place my order?
Simply fill out the form on our website, and we’ll reach out to take care of all the details. For larger orders, we’ll send you a spreadsheet where you can choose pie sizes, flavors, and provide recipient info. We’ll handle the rest—no automation, just personalized service!
Can I reorder gifts from last year?
Absolutely! We keep records of your past orders, so if you want to repeat a winning gift from last year, we can easily make that happen. Just reach out, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Can you help me with last-minute orders?
We try our best! While we recommend placing orders at least two weeks in advance, we know sometimes things come up. Reach out to us, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your last-minute needs.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, and for large corporate orders, we can arrange invoicing. Just talk to your Gift Consultant, and we’ll make sure everything runs smoothly.
Can I customize the packaging or branding on my business gifts?
Absolutely! We offer several customization options to make your gifts truly stand out. You can add branded notecards with a personalized message, branded ribbon with your logo or a special message, and even full-color box sleeves that you can design yourself - or let us handle the design for you. It’s all about making your gifts as unique and memorable as your brand!
Can I change the recipient’s address after placing my order?
We know things change, and we’re happy to help! You can update the recipient’s address up to three days before your gift ships. If you’re in a pinch, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes up to 24 hours before shipping, but the more notice, the better!
How do you ensure my gifts arrive fresh?
We take every possible step to ensure your gifts arrive safe and fresh. Our pies are baked, packaged, and shipped with care, using top-tier packaging and shipping methods to protect them on their journey. While we can’t control the reliability of outside carriers, we do everything we can to make sure your gifts are as delicious when they arrive as when they left our kitch
What happens if my gift arrives damaged?
We pack our pies and gifts with a lot of care (and plenty of protective packaging), but if something happens during shipping, just let us know. We’ll work with you to make it right, whether it’s a replacement or a solution that works for you.
Can I send gifts internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the U.S. But hey, we’re always looking to expand! For now, we can make sure your gifts arrive fresh and delicious anywhere within the 48 contiguous states.
